The 4 wheeled rollator is a great walking aid if a walking stick just isn't enough, 4 wheeled rollator's come with a seat and back rest and a basket or bag to carry a little bit of shopping. They are good to get out and about knowing that if you need a little rest then your seat is there with you when you need it, The rollator comes with a braking system that is much like your bicycle that when you pull the lever up it will steady you for when your walking and if you push the lever down so you hear a click the brake's will stay on like a hand brake to stop it rolling away, Its always advisable to put the hand brake on when you are sitting down and leaving them on until you stand up. These come in either aluminium or steel aluminium is a nice light and easy to pick up if you need to and steel can take slightly more weight. They both fold up so you can store them easier and more compact if your putting the in the boot of your car. Although people do use the rollator in their homes as they are not as manoeuvrable as the tri-walker some people have a tri-walker for indoors and a rollator for out and about, The rollator is much more stable than the tri-walker as well especially on rougher terrain's. Rollator's also come in a few variations so I would recommend you try a few out before purchasing.
